This was by far the BeST most comfortable environment I purchased a vehicle from. DJ was GREAT he brought the paperwork all the way to Alive for me to sigh cause I’m handicapped and have trouble getting ar purchased a vehicle from. Getting a new car was by far the best experience I have had when getting a vehicle. After the sale, that is when everything became and still is a NIGHTMARE! All these people do is point the finger at everyone else for their mistakes. Debra in financing had the nerve to blame me for her mistakes. Bottom line is they messed up and need to fix what they did wrong to me. Just like Santiago said on their Facebook live video this evening, “Making you the customer happy is very important to us.” Well, no one is trying to make me “happy” or attempt to remedy the situation from this dealership. Do not buy from this place! If you do, make sure you make your next auto loan payment. Do not give it to them as a down payment or listen to them in advising you not to make the payment. They are giving out false advice to make the deal. More
Beware of false promises and never sign before inspecting your car even if it’s a new one. Bought a 2019 Honda Pilot which apparently had an issue with the AC that needs repair and promised it would be done your car even if it’s a new one. Bought a 2019 Honda Pilot which apparently had an issue with the AC that needs repair and promised it would be done by end of the week. Since it is a new unit and was reassured that everything would be inspected and handled, we decided to take the deal. Of course, after signing all documents, repair was not completed on time and several concerns found . Steering wheel has deep scratches, missing spare key, missing owners manual, under inflated tires, and issues with closing driver side doors. Went back to have the car serviced to fix the door, waited 2 hours but was told that there is no remedy. Felt like we bought a used car instead of a new one. Really disappointed with the after sales service. Hopefully, this review will initiate some changes to improve customer satisfaction. More
