Drive 40 miles out here on a Sunday and was helped by a an awesome salesman, RC. The car I came to see was locked up in service, So we drove a similar vehicle. I knew what I wanted, was willing and able to pay cash, we had come to an agreement on price and I just needed to get the paperwork done and the car delivered. A wonderful person and then Randy helped me get the credit run, set up my insurance and just when we are ready to schedule the delivery she took the paperwork to her manager who tapped on over $1000 over the out the door price that was agreed-upon the day before. This took up two entire days for me. The Manager said he could not remove the LoJack that was installed on the vehicle, although I was told the day before that it’s not a problem. Since looking it up, it’s not a problem! The dude is just a greedy liar and he wasted my time. I hate my time being wasted and I made it very clear to them yesterday that I was a serious buyer and ready to make the deal. I did not try to knock off a bunch on the price, even though ultimately it’s an auction vehicle, I just wanted to be done. It was probably the easiest sale he was going to make this week. Whoever you are Mr. Manager, thank you for wasting my time I hope it comes back to you tenfold. The three stars for customer service is simply because RCE and RANDY did their part More

Kevin tried to have a lyft pick me up. there was a mix up with rides after waiting lyft cancelled twice.Talked to Sales and a JC went in the back and told Kevin I was trying to call.Thanks! Then a driver from lyft called me and was irate with me for not being at NCF. I tried to explain that I was home needing to be picked up , he hung up on me. Very stressful! I have been coming to North County Ford for years since 2013. Bought my car there in 2014. The service department is one of the best especially if doing routine maintenance. They have made setting appointments easier by having them online and also have shuttle service (Lyft) if you need to drop off your car. Ask for Jim. More
