Took slightly more time than expected, but part of that was our fault (we waffled and ultimately changed the car color after they'd already started writing up the first color car). When I called I was connected to the sales manager who was more than helpful. After he came up with multiple figures for my 2016 Kia Optima Hybrid, they personally apologized to me for the horrific experience I previously had. After speaking with Hannah and the the sales manager, I went to the dealer that night and went the process of leasing the car. In finance they also informed me that because I am a college student I will be able to bring my transcripts in and receive $400 back, which I have done and I am currently just waiting on the check. I've had the car for just over two months now and I absolutely love it. I was so pleased with the service they provided me that I plan on coming back for my next lease. More
