Our 2002 Cadillac had a problem on the road during a trip to Amelia Is. We needed to get repairs. While waiting at Nolan Cadillac we visited the Cadillac/Buick/Lincoln dealerships to look at new cars. A n to Amelia Is. We needed to get repairs. While waiting at Nolan Cadillac we visited the Cadillac/Buick/Lincoln dealerships to look at new cars. A new Cadillac didn't suit our needs, the Buick was overpriced for the amenities (and the personnel were not as good as North Florida). Had we known we would be buying a new vehicle I would have done research as I don't like to go into a cash deal blind. However, your people were helpful and persuasive, although I don't feel we got enough for the trade in on the Cadillac. The deal is not yet completely finished as we are in the process of getting hand controls put on the vehicle and must rely on your personnel to process the paperwork so I'll let you know how that goes. The one thing that disappointed us was the extended warranty info. Carol Hutto was extremely nice but not overly informed. We would have bought the policy had she know the answers to our questions. Ultimately we purchased a Ford ESP policy online as when she finally got back to us I had done the research and found her information to be incorrect and the premium overpriced. That said, we will probably purchase our next new vehicle from No Fla although you are 300 miles away - provided you have the same personnel, Craig & Bill. Thank you. More
