Kelly my Service Representative was fantastic. I own a Limousine & transportation service so when a limo has mechanical issues multiple people are affected. It's very stressful when your personal vehicle goes down but in this case it was a Lincoln Stretch Limousine and Kelly really helped alleviate alot of the anxiety by reaching out daily and sometimes twice a day with updates on where the repairs stood.
