He did everything to get us where we wanted to be and with a great car too. We ended up extremely happy and it was all pretty flawless. We also had our toddler with us but the experience was still enjoyable. It didnt take hours and out baby never got fussy, he was happy too. Thanks again AJ! More

Professionally Handled Purchase AJ was our salesman. He was quite friendly and well-informed about the different models we considered. We were given details on each type and settled on a Forester after a test drive. The pickup of any car we chose was of concern to us. AJ was correct in that the Forester was very satisfactory from our point of view. As we went through the process we noted that the "pressure" so common in our previous purchases of other types of cars was NOT there. We were treated respectfully and patiently. Rafael, the manager, chatted with us for a bit and he too was not like the typical car guy who is only interested in selling. The "background hurry-up and decide stress" in our conversations was not there as I expected from my history of previous car deals. Carl made the financial arrangements go very smoothly. He too, was first-class. In the end all 3 men made the process MUCH more pleasant than we had expected. From our experience you will be pleased with the whole team. In the end the Forester is turning out to be a wonderful car that we are proud to own. I highly recommend these 3 guys and the car they sold to us. John & Ann R. More

Best car buying experience I needed to get a new used SUV fast and had gone to a couple other dealerships and was less than happy with the customer service. From the minute I wa I needed to get a new used SUV fast and had gone to a couple other dealerships and was less than happy with the customer service. From the minute I walked in to this dealership I was greeted by AJ who couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. He and his manager Rafael both asked what I was looking for, showed me different cars that fit my budget and answered all my questions and were never pushy. The price was very fair and didn't go up because I wasn't financing as had happened at 2 other name brand dealerships. They showed me the car fax and KBB values which confirmed what I believed, the car was priced very fair to begin with. They worked with me to make the deal fit my needs. It really was the best customer experience and I highly recommend this dealership and my sales team. Thank you so much for making this so pleasant and easy for me. More

Never wrote a review about a car salesman, or dealer for that matter and have only written one review about a car, but my experience with this salesman was so pleasant I wanted to shine a spotlight on him and recommend him to anyone shopping for a Subaru in this area. This salesman, Peter Haughton, demonstrated not even a shred of the pressure or the typical attitude sometimes associated with this line of work. He's a very likeable, very low-key, easy-going, young guy who is genuinely sincere about trying to make sure you are satisfied with your car search. I was so comfortable with him, that I went back to test drive the car a second time because I wasn't sure whether I really liked it or not. I've never gone back for a second test drive to the same dealer before, which says a lot about how easy this young man was to get along with. He was not condescending or patronizing or impatient, just completely natural, pleasant and accommodating. Unfortunately for him, I decided I didn’t like the car enough to consider it further, a decision that he respected. But if my decision had been based solely on the salesman, there'd be a Subaru sitting in my driveway right now. I’d encourage anyone considering a Subaru in this area to ask for him and give him a shot. More
We got your money so who cares! I don't have an issue with the salesman. He was friendly and not pushy. The finance guy was friendly but he added extra services I had already declined and I didn't notice until I started receiving things in the mail and noticed I was charged for them to the tune of nearly $2,000. As I live 40 miles away I called to talk to the finance manager. Left message. No return call. Called again the next week. Left message. No return call. Called to talk to the General Manager the next week. Left message. No call back. So in conclusion. Buyer BEWARE of this dealership. Double check your paperwork carefully before you leave. Trust no one. Once they have your money they don't give a xxxx about you and apparently it starts at the top. More
Authentic and Caring Service Today I had my very first Service Experience with my new Subaru, I had already had a wonderful sales experience with Jessica when I purchased the car Today I had my very first Service Experience with my new Subaru, I had already had a wonderful sales experience with Jessica when I purchased the car and today was time for my 7500 mile check up. Eric greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile. He escorted me out of the car and reviewed any concerns I had. He then showed me the waiting area and coffee choices. He even took the time to explain how to operate the coffee machine and ensure I had my choices covered. He was absolutely DELIGHTFUL! He took the time to care, to be engaging and to make sure my needs were met. He exceeded my expectations...a rarity in today's world and especially in a car service environment. He made sure my car was not only serviced but that it was washed and clean. When it rained, he took extra care with the car as well. I also had time to talk to him and learn a bit about his experience and thoughts on best gas and ways to maximize performance with my car. What an unexpected pleasure and rewarding experience by simply taking my car in for a check up. I hope Eric is there for a long time and will look forward to each visit even more now knowing my car will be in his care! More
