I leased an Ascent from this dealership. When I leased the car, there were discrepancies between what the salesperson agreed to and what the finance guy put on paper. Long story, but the attitudes towards the car, there were discrepancies between what the salesperson agreed to and what the finance guy put on paper. Long story, but the attitudes towards customers left a bad impression. Recently the dealership sent a promotional email offering to buy this car back. I was interested partly because it only gets 16 mpg in town. I expected more from Subaru. After 4 weeks of chasing people at the dealership to call me back, I finally got an offer, which was much different (worse) than what was spelled out in the email. I consider it bait and switch. Be on guard when dealing with the sales group here. I won't go back. More
The place is very clean and nicely, the staff is very friendly and helpful, but....... The price I agree on ended up not being the price at the closing for a reason or another. I moved to this area recently and had my Forester serviced at this dealership, and it went very well. It was routine maintenance so I brought my laptop and got a little work done while I waited in th serviced at this dealership, and it went very well. It was routine maintenance so I brought my laptop and got a little work done while I waited in the lounge, which was comfortable and stocked with nice coffee drinks, soda and snacks. As I sat there at least three different people passed by and asked if they could get me anything. That was nice! All in all, it was pleasant, easy and fast. I’ve decided this will be my new Subaru home-base. More
After 2 dreadful weeks of reaching out to dealerships in search for a used vehicle, I was extremely disillusioned with the process. I kept getting the run-around, couldn't get straight numbers, and all t search for a used vehicle, I was extremely disillusioned with the process. I kept getting the run-around, couldn't get straight numbers, and all the dealers wanted me to go in to look at cars when what I needed was to research and negotiate online. Working remotely with three little remote learners at home doesn't leave a whole lot of time for visiting dealerships. Thankfully, I found a 2017 Honda Civic on N. Ft. Lauderdale's website and reached out. They understood that I wasn't going to drive an hour and a half to visit unless I had a serious offer and they negotiated in good faith. When I showed up, I was treated with courtesy and respect and wasn't given the run-around. Although an extended warranty was offered, I didnt feel pushed or pressured to purchase anything additional. My only complaint is that they ran my credit unnecessarily even though I said I was a cash customer. Still, I am gratefu to James and especially Andrew for the wonderful service and car-buying experience. More

Christofer did a great job explaining the car features, price and car facts, he cared about helping to find the right car. Christofer later introduced my friend to the manager during the price negotiating, he also was very pleasant and professional. An overall very good experience. More
