I PURCHASED MY LEXUS IS 250 AND IT WAS SO EASY THERE. THEY WERE GREAT I PASSED THE CAR ON MY WAY TO WORK, AND IT CAUGHT MY EYE. I WENT BACK AFTER WORK AND WAS GREETED BY WILL AND MATT. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND WERE UPFRONT ON THE PRICING. WE WORKED ALL THE DETAILS OUT, AND ACTUALY GOT MORE FOR THE TRADE THEN I EXPECTED! I DID ALL OF MY FINAL PAPERWORK WITH STEVE D AND HE WAS FRIENDLY AND EXPLAINED ALL THE FORMS I SIGNED AND WENT OVET THE WARRANTIES. I WAS IN AND OUT IN A LITTLE OVER AN HOUR! I MET WITH MATT AFTER THE PAPAERWORK AND GOT MY LEXUS IT LOOKED BRAND NEW. I WOULD RECOMEND THESE GUYS TO EVERYONE CLASS A OPERATION! More

My daughter bought her first car from Pete as did my nephew. Everyone at the dealership made the experience pleasant for them; they explained everything throughout the transaction. Steve Allen called me on his off hours to let me know where we stood with the financing. The entire experience, for both of them, was great from start to finish. I would recommend this dealership to anyone without any reservation at all. Everyone is friendly, honest, and upbeat. My next car will be a Toyota, and I absolutely won't buy one anywhere but North Hills. More

I bought a new car one month ago, put half the payment down. One month later, I started receiving threatening phone calls, during my work hours, from the dealership stating that they had made an error in the deal and required a large sum of extra money. This amount was not listed in the contract. They said that if I didn't pay the extra amount, then they would repossess the car. As far as my understanding of the law goes, this is illegal behavior. If you value honest, clear, professional communication and paying the price that you signed on your contract, do not go this dealership. More

I just took my 2006 Toyota Camry in for inspection. I bought this car new from North Hills Toyota and I have nothing but great things to say about them. We bought the extended warranty and we did get to bought this car new from North Hills Toyota and I have nothing but great things to say about them. We bought the extended warranty and we did get to use it. I felt it was worth the cost. This has been one of the best cars I have ever owned. When I take my car in for service (oil changes, etc) I am more than satisfied with how I am treated. Every single employee has been extremely friendly, honest and wonderful to work with. They explain everything in detail and they do not try to make me pay for services that I don't need. I have complete faith and trust in this dealership. I plan to hang onto my Camry for a long, long time. Another thing I want to mention is that I ususally wait while my car is being serviced. They make it very comfortable for you to wait there. They always have coffee, donuts and you can work on the computer, read or sit and watch TV while you wait. They treat you like royalty there. I would definitely recommend North Hills Toyota to my friends and family. More

Felt we got a fair price for new vehicle and trade. Salesman was new and not very knowledgable. Wanted a hitch put on the vehicle. Rich was a new sales person and my wife went into the dealership he was helpful but still learning. She wanted to know if they had a specific Highlander in stock. Now 1/2 hour passed and still no answer One of the managers asked me if I needed help and I said to him how about one of you helping Rich he only asked you a question 1/2 hour ago. I told my wife lets go then one of the mangers came out side to see what the problem was. They put the blame on Rich and said if one manager was busy he should of asked anohter They were very rude and I would walk before I would buy a car from them More
