This dealership is a joke. Todd needs better training and should stay with a client through the process. Toyota do not always sell themselves in fact the dealership caused us to loose interest in buying a Toyota. More

I was talking to William Marshall about a specific vehicle as well as my trade, and that I was coming in on Monday to purchase it. They sold it to someone else on Saturday and he didn't have the court vehicle as well as my trade, and that I was coming in on Monday to purchase it. When I asked for it, it was an outrageous interest rate. I told them that, and they where suddenly able to drop the percentage rate drastically. - Finance guy was grumpy, and rude to work with. - Had to wait for hours for the finance guy. - Finance guy did not even give us all they correct paper work. - The car fax listed online stated nothing about the car being a rental. When I got to the dealer and looked at their car fax, it clearly stated the car had been owned by a rental company. More

I said that's fine and I would pick it up on Wednesday. On Saturday I then proceeded to pay off my current vehicle because I had it sold to someone else. Fast forward to Monday, I get a call from Nate the sales manager telling me they sold the vehicle to someone else. Not only did he just say sorry, we made a mistake, he didn't even attempt to make me a deal on another vehicle. On top of that he lied and said it was already down the road. It was obvious someone came in offering to pay full price. If that was the case, why would they have accepted slightly less over the phone?! What an absolute joke of a business!! Go elsewhere and save yourself the hassle, please! More
