Less than 8000, and paid them a large sum of money because they were giving me a "deal" they gave me a deal alright, screwed me over. Not even 90 days later , EARLY SEPTEMBER 2025. I wanted to get rid of the brand new jeep and thats when I found out the 60,000 jeep was worth 30k if that. That doesnt even top the story. I was supposed to get a $7500 rebate as this was a 4xe JEEP. The paper work was to be filed by the dealership 3 days after the sale, keep that in mind. Well North Knox never told me about that at all. I found out about the rebate from another dealership I was at. I contacted my accountant he filed through the IRS a correction to the current tax return, only to find out North Knox never completed the paperwork on their end. I went to North Knox May 18, 2026 they said oh you just turn in a copy of the window sticker and the invoice. I provided those to the accountant, nope still declined due to North Knox never filed the paper work at all. We spoke to North Knox and at first they said oh its your fault because you refused to give us your ss#. I said i never refused anything. I was never even advised about the rebate. Since i advised that was incorrect information. Then they said oh june 1 was the cut off, there is nothing we can do. But we will give you some $$ off a new or used vehicle....hahaha what a joke, I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN! BUYER BEWARE. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO A DEALERSHIP THAT IS HONEST! I WAS TOLD I WAS GETTING $28,000 FOR MY JEEP, THAT ONLY HAD 8000 MILES ON IT, FOR TRADE IN, THEN I WOULD ONLY OWE $32,000, OK IN MY HEAD THAT IS AN INVESTMENT OF $60,000. I HAVE OWNED THE JEEP 3 MONTHS; WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT ALL THE PRIOR RECALLS ON THIS PARTICULAR JEEP. SEVERAL WAS DONE PRIOR TO ME PURCHASING IT AND 2 SINCE IVE OWNED IT, WITH ONE HAVING NO RESOLUTION. I WONT EVEN DRIVE IT. I CONTACTED THE DEALERSHIP AND ASKED WHAT I CAN GET FOR TRADE IN (MIND YOU, I JUST INVESTED $60,000) AS I DO NOT WANT A HYBRID AND ALL THE HASSLE. NOT TO MENTION AROUND $300+ A MONTH TO KEEP IT CHARGED, I WAS TOLD $32,000 TO $36,000. CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN TO ME, HOW DOES A JEEP DEPRECIATE $26-$28,000 IN 3 MONTHS. APPARETLY, I SHOULD NOT HAVE PAID THAT MUCH!! WHEN I ASKED AJ ABOUT THAT HUGE DEPRECIATION HE SAID THEY USE BLUE BOOK, HE SURE DIDNT USE BLUE BOOK TO SELL IT TO ME.
