Called to get service on a Wrangler 4Xe that I bought out of town. They said they would do no warranty work on a car that was not bought at the dealership. Brought in my 2020 Jeep Wrangler for the "death rattle". It is still under warranty so I assumed it would be perfectly okay to bring it to North Olmsted CJDR to repair it. And under my warranty I should be able to go anywhere. As of a result of this, I won't be purchasing a vehicle there in the future. More

Very DISAPPOINTING and HORRIBLE experience that I am currently having right now with North Olmsted Chrysler Jeep,Dodge,Ram dealership. I bought a 2018 vehicle in 2021 with 19,000 miles. 6-7 months into currently having right now with North Olmsted Chrysler Jeep,Dodge,Ram dealership. I bought a 2018 vehicle in 2021 with 19,000 miles. 6-7 months into owning vehicle I am already having problems. The service department initially gave me the run around. Then when my truck stopped on me the first time I had to get it towed to the dealership. They told me it was a dead battery but we had tried jumping it before it was towed. Now a couple of weeks later the truck stopped again while my wife was using it and she was left stranded. So we had to get it towed again to the dealership North Olmsted Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. It's been over a week and no word from them. On top of that this vehicle I use for my small business and they would not even offer me a loaner until my vehicle was fixed. So now I am loosing money on the business side. All I want is this problem to be made right. I thought this was a honest dealership to deal with but I guess I was wrong about North Olmsted Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership. J. McCoy More
