Now with how things have changed due to the global economy and the necessity to deliver a good product inorder to stay competitive, Chrysler has exceeded in that now. My wife and I purchased a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo back in Nov 2011 and we are extreamly happy with our purchase. The vehicle preformes awsome, and I would say that Chrysler has delivered a top notch vehicle. We purchased the vehicle from North Olmsted Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and the staff there was extreamly helpful and took the time showing us several different vehicles to make sure we were purchasing the one we wanted and not try to just pressure us into just any vehicle just to make a sale. Becuase of the great experiance we had there, we just went back to them and purchased a second vehicle which was the 2012 Dodge Charger. Im very impressed with Chrysler's redesign of the Charger. I took it for a test ride and knew that it was the one for me. Throughout both vehicle purchases, our sales representative Renee Maholm definatly went out of her way to answer any questions we had, was very knowledgeable with regards to the various types of vehicles they sold and just made our whole overall experiance with the dealership a great one. The end of last summer we bought a new 2011 Chrysler 200 hardtop convertible from Mac McGee. The car is outstanding and in my opinion has a more comfortable ride than my Lexus ES 350. We were both very happy until the first winter storm that I had to drive from Pittsburg to Cleveland in and I realized that living in Cleveland and not having an AWD vehicle was not good. I did some research and decided that I wanted to take a hard look at the Dodge Durangos. So we went back to look up our good friend Mac Mcgee at North Olmsted Dodge. My timing could not have been better. Mac helped us negotiate a great deal year end on a fully loaded 2011 Durango Citadel. The vehicle rides as good as it looks. Chrysler's clever new catch phrase "Imported from Detroit" says it all. If you want better quality than Lexus, look at Chrysler's new line of cars and if you want a great deal on one of them go see Mac Mcgee at North Olmsted Dodge. More

This is not your average dealership, they really go the extra mile to help you out. It's like being with friends. While I was waiting for paperwork the sales manager Joe immediately came over and thanked us for our continued business. Even Kurt in the finance department remembered myself and remembers the last purchase I had. Overall great experience, no pushy sales men here. Very professional.
