We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you encountered with your 2025 Outlander, especially given the vehicle's low mileage and warranty coverage. We understand how disappointing it is to experience a recurring battery issue, have difficulty obtaining assistance, and not receive the timely follow-up you were promised. This is not the level of service we strive to provide. We're glad you were ultimately able to get the vehicle to the dealership and have the battery replaced, but we recognize that this does not make up for the inconvenience and concern you experienced.
