He listened to every single word we said and was able to find the exact car we were looking for. He was knowledgeable, understanding, and never once made us feel pressured into making a decision. He was able to pair me with a 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport, and it was love at first sight. During the test drive, he was able to answer every single question we had. When we arrived back at the dealership, James let Mr. Frisby know what we were shooting for as far as monthly payments went, and Mr. Frisby was INCREDIBLY accommodating! Everyone worked far into the night (and long after closing time!) to get us the best deal, and I could not have been more appreciative.
