They ran ads on Facebook with an automated bot that if you don’t give them a cell phone number they stop talking to you. Sounds like a place I shouldn’t do business if this is their practice. Physically went there to give them a chance and not base it off someone who doesn’t know how to configure an auto-responder / bot. Still wouldn’t do business here. Walk in sales man doesn’t introduce himself, I asked about the event and to point me in the direction of those cars “I have 150 cars on sale” ok? That’s not a lot. I asked again if he can just point me to the event cars and he insists I need to take a seat Becuase he has a computer …. If I wanted to sit at a computer I’d have stayed home. I turned and left and he followed me out continuing the lines “every car is on sale”. I’d reconsider shopping here is you have other options. More

My experience with North Orlando Mitsubishi raises serious concerns about transparency and business practices. Although the final payment exceeded that range, I agreed to move forward in good faith and completed all required documentation, took delivery of the vehicle, and provided a $3,000 down payment. Two weeks later, I was contacted and informed that the financing had not been approved as originally represented. I was then presented with new terms increasing the monthly payment to $964 which is significantly higher than what I had already stretched to accept. This situation places the burden entirely on the customer after the transaction has effectively been completed. Rather than honoring the original agreement or offering a comparable solution, the only option presented was to accept more expensive terms. Kevin in the finance department was involved in the process, and the overall handling of the situation lacked clarity, consistency, and professionalism. At no point was there a meaningful effort to preserve the originally agreed-upon terms. This experience reflects what appears to be a conditional delivery structure that was not adequately explained upfront, resulting in a significant and avoidable disruption after the sale. I would strongly encourage prospective buyers to ensure that all financing is fully approved and finalized before taking delivery of any vehicle, and to approach this dealership with a high degree of caution. Although I wish I had received the CARFAX report earlier in the process instead of at the very end, I still believe the final price I received for the vehicle was fair and stayed well within my budget. What stood out the most to me, however, was JP’s character and professionalism throughout the transaction. He was patient, easy to talk to, and never made me feel pressured. Buying a car can sometimes feel stressful or overly transactional, but JP made the experience feel relaxed and personal — almost like buying a vehicle from a well-known friend or brother you trust. That kind of customer service is rare and deserves recognition. JP treated me like family instead of just another customer, and that really stood out to me.
