We were told we were getting a lower interest rate, but the finance details were not clearly explained or shown to deal with deceptive sales tactics. Then they added an expensive extended warranty and GAP without making the true cost and terms clear. When we tried to have the products removed as promised, the finance person refused to help and even hung up on us. To make matters worse, they refused to repair a brake light that had a leak, which we had identified and brought to their attention before the test drive. Despite this, we were told it would be repaired before purchase. The whole experience felt intentionally misleading and unprofessional from start to finish. I would not recommend this dealership.
