Whilst on vacation in San Antonio, I had an emergency with my vehicle. Subaru towed my car to the North Park location (free of charge) where Carlos was assigned as my handler. He handled all details, which included ordering and shipping a replacement part for my vehicle, overseeing timely repair, all paperwork, and keeping me updated during the period. A car was sent by the North Park team for me at my hotel when my vehicle was ready for collection - also at no cost.
