My service manager was Alex. He was the best service manager that has attended my car.at Subaru and I use Subaru service center at this location a lot. He sent me a video of mechanic doing the inspection of my car. My car had a very bad vibration. I could clearly see what was wrong with my car. They even checked my brakes and let me know that the rear brakes needed to be replaced. I had all of the work done that was recommended. My car drives as smooth as a new car. Thanks to Alex for everything. I hope he stays with North Park Subaru for a very long time. I rate him a 10+.service center was very busy when I went to pick up my car. He was very busy with multiple customers , yet he took the time to set my clock for me as I have trouble doing it myself. He is the greatest🤗 More

I bought my 2014 Subaru here, waited a month for it. After I took it home I had issues with it shaking at highway speeds. No coolant. Took it back, not fixed. I took it into my own hands and noticed 2 s After I took it home I had issues with it shaking at highway speeds. No coolant. Took it back, not fixed. I took it into my own hands and noticed 2 screws holding my Steering Colum really loose. Fixed that issue. Fast forward 1yr, Took it back for routine maintenance and State Inspection. Oil change and Tire repaired. But they told me State Inspection could not be done due to Muffler not there? I was confused. They called my salesman (Osbaldo) and he proceeds to tell me "They told me they couldn't do an inspection" I said "I know, but I'm confused on how this car passed Inspection to be sold to me! He stated "It wasn't his problem" and as other customers watched this interaction I grab my papers and pay for oil change. HOW WAS THIS CAR SOLD TO ME WITH THAT SAME EXHAUST I BOUGHT IT WITH? HOW DID IT PASS INSPECTION? The whole exhaust is the same color,rust, etc.. I have had issues with this car from day 1 . Moral of the story is Find yourself a dealership that will help and understand your issues. And not LIE and say you modified a car. More
