Best dealership experience I’ve had in ages. Gambled on a small local shop to do an oil change and they somehow missed putting a gasket on the drain plug TWICE! Not wanting to get fooled again brought my car in without an appointment because I was afraid of possible damage from an oil leak. Angel was very professional and listened to my issues. Service didn’t try to pressure any additional services. I wasn’t bombarded by a flock of bloodthirsty salespeople. Actually had a short chat with Ryan Hernandez about how it was quite a change from other places. Unfortunately I had to get another oil change thus basically flushing the premium Amsoil I’d invested in down the drain but alas, it was no fault of there own. Even without an appointment I was in and hour in about an hour, which was awesome considering every of my last visits to NP Toyota with an 8am appointment on Saturdays still wouldn’t get done for several hours not to mention high pressure upsells and getting bombarded by salespeople. Great job NP Subaru! Definitely getting my maintenance done here and possibly buying next vehicle here More
