The service center at North Park Subaru is amazing. I was greeted as soon as I arrived by the service representative (Alexander). In less then 5 minutes my vehicle was checked in. I was scheduled for 8 AM; however, I was early and the technician took the car in right away. Furthermore, I was told it would be between an hour and an hour and a half and it was approximately 45 minutes technician took the car in right away.
