My latest warranty service at North Park Subaru on San Pedro was excellent. Even though I arrived 2 hours earlier than my appointment (I had the time wrong), my service advisor arranged to go ahead & ch Pedro was excellent. Even though I arrived 2 hours earlier than my appointment (I had the time wrong), my service advisor arranged to go ahead & check my car in and provide me with a loaner car since I live in Pleasanton I appreciate being notified by text when my warranty work was completed and the new feature of sending a video covering all the items checked was a great addition. I also appreciated the expedited pickup process. All the service department personnel I encountered were professional and courteous and they made me feel like a valued customer. The overall experience was very positive and I look forward to returning for their great service! More
