David in service, let me down. I had a 2 o'clock appointment for airbag recall. I showed up at 1:45. He let me know it was a timely repair and provided shuttle. Received a call a I had a 2 o'clock appointment for airbag recall. I showed up at 1:45. He let me know it was a timely repair and provided shuttle. Received a call at 6 PM that they needed more time. And could he keep it overnight? I said, of course, but I need it back by noon tomorrow. For a very critical appointment, he said, no problem, it will be ready by 10 o'clock the following day, I call and David is not in today. Carlos took my call and I let him know that David said it would be ready by 10. He needed to look for the baytech and said he was not in his space and would call me back. 45 minutes later, I get a call. It would not be ready till 3. Would he like to send a shuttle to pick me up at 3 I said absolutely not. I had a deal that it would be ready for my very important appointment I had. He could not lend me a loaner or reimburse me for Uber. He said the tech JUST took the seat out and could put it back in and give me my car back unserviced. After 24 hours, this was at 1 o'clock. I have never received. A call back from David to reschedule or apologize. I tried to call him twice yesterday, apparently they have caller ID because the girl who was filtering his calls knew my name and number. Not a peep from David. So after 24 hours I have an unserviced airbag recall defect. Which they told me was very serious and could injure the person sitting in that seat if there were to be an accident very, very disappointed. More
