When I bought my 2023 TiguanSEL R-Line 2 years ago, car-net was not working. It took the service department at North Park 2.5 months to get it working. When I bought my 2025 Tiguan SEL R-Line on July car-net was not working. It took the service department at North Park 2.5 months to get it working. When I bought my 2025 Tiguan SEL R-Line on July 18th 2025, car-net again was not working. Service manager Albert Zapata told me and salesman Scott Day that he is very confident it will be repaired very soon. Albert got it working in 5 days. Albert kept myself and Scott updated every day. During the 5 days there was a holiday and a weekend. The vehicle has been running great ever since. I am thoroughly happy and impressed. More
