Debbie was super helpful and found me a just right, new to me vehicle. She made it quick, easy and had great knowledge about VW and all the features of the vehicle! The only disappointing thing was that after getting the car home was the cleanliness... it was clean on the outside, but interior was left with food inside, lots of dog hair under the mats, etc. It was not detailed well and I didn't realize the extent until getting it home, to no fault of Debbie at all. She did tell me she would talk to her detailing people about this. I had to leave town and have been super busy, so I just took it to Wash Tub and paid for it to be done myself:( In hindsight, I would have been more thorough in looking under mats, under seats, etc. before leaving with it. But overall it was a good experience! More
