What really stood out was when I mentioned the uneven tread wear on the front left tire (thankfully covered under our tire insurance). Carlos didn't just nod and file a claim, he personally inspected the issue, then worked some kind of dealership magic to get it replaced on the spot. The whole process felt seamless, like they were handling their own family's car rather than just another appointment. While the wait time wasn’t ideal, I appreciate that they didn’t rush the job just to move cars through.
