We discussed my 30,000 mile maintenance checkup and my concern about my infotainment center which has given small problems soon after I purchased the vehicle. The service technician performed all of the checkup and Jeremie asked me to talk to the technician about my infotainment problems. He performed a complete update up to VW standards. He then told me I would have to reset the specifications that I want. I left and so far the infotainment unit is performing correctly but it’s only been 24 hours. We will if this lasts as I love VW products. More
