The dealership and Steve were great at communicating throughout our appointment as well. They also offer a shuttle driver to take us home or even pick us back up. When we left, they even offered a car wash. Great experience. We usually go to Alamo Heights VW, but this one is closer and a more elevated experience. Thanks!! More
