We had a horrible experience purchase a new vehicle with North Point Volvo. On multiple occasions we were lied to or deceived- including on the mileage of the “new” vehicle we were purchasing! We also received charges on our lease after the fact, showing the deception with which they approach cars sales. We are incredibly disappointed with the service we received and we recommend you going anywhere else to purchase your Volvo. More

Took vehicle in for 40k mile service. And while there waiting I was sent a text telling me my main and auxiliary battery need replacing. I then inform the service manager if you can call And while there waiting I was sent a text telling me my main and auxiliary battery need replacing. I then inform the service manager if you can call him that. That I had them replace the main battery and it should be under warranty. He told me that they would handle the replacement and I went back to waiting. When they finally finished my car, and I paid for the service I check under the hood to find the battery had not been replace. When I questioned the service advisor, he indicated that the battery passed a vida system test and was not replaceable under warranty since Volvo would not reimburse the dealer for the service. If I had signed to have it replace for $495 originally quoted I’m sure they would have been happy to take my money for a repair that should be covered under warranty. But when it’s them paying the bill the battery is fine. Shady if you ask me. More
