I had a flat tire yesterday and was never given the lug nut key when I purchased my CX7..They took care of their mistake though! Evan from service came down with a master after AAA left me on the side of nut key when I purchased my CX7..They took care of their mistake though! Evan from service came down with a master after AAA left me on the side of the road since I didn't have the key. Him and another Mazda employee changed my tire to the spare right there on the side of the road. I went to the dealership with my spare on and they changed all the locks and gave me a key, They didn't have the tired I needed instock and I didn't feel comfortable driving all the way home with the spare. So, Chris Gannett offered me a rental. I left the dealership happy after being very upset over the situation. Everyone makes mistakes, but not many make up for it...IRA Mazda definitely takes care of their customers!! So glad I purchased from them and not Liberty Mazda! More

Dropped by today to make an appointment for my CX-9GT & was told to take a seat; less than an hour later the new CD/GPS was installed & the FM/AM reprogrammed!! Amazing. I know business is a bit slow right now but all the folks at this dealership are first class...every time I've needed anything......sales/service/parts....including the Manager in the front office. Short story: When I bought the CX-9GT, I traded in an Explorer. A few days after the deal was signed & processed, I came back & asked for the Explorer back, for my son's family who suddenly needed it. The initial response was that the paperwork had run through corporate & it was unavailable. But there was a pause. The Manager & Finance chap put their heads together, sold it back to me for trade-in price, plus MA sales tax (no problem), & my son picked it up the next day. Extraordinary customer focus for any business. At least pass this on to David Rosenberg....& his father, if possible...& Group 1. May 11, 2009: Hi all, Holy Smoke! My mother never took such care of me! United Radio in East Syracuse appears to be the business location that received my dead CD changer. It also appears that they found 6 CDs in the changer. It further appears they sent them back to Ira Mazda. And then from Ira Mazda to me, today, each inserted individually in a plastic bag. Thanks to all, again, & again. George More
I had been a service customer in the past but stop going to Ira Mazda because of the poor service and high prices. I received an invitation to a Customer Appreciation night where the new service manager to Ira Mazda because of the poor service and high prices. I received an invitation to a Customer Appreciation night where the new service manager was going to talk about the changes that have taken place at Ira Mazda, so I attended. The event was great. They had a great buffet, explained all of the changes, talked about their new lower prices and raffled off a LOT of free prizes. I won a free detail... Since then I have gone back for my next service and they delivered on all of their promises. The new staff is very friendly and helpful, the prices are great and it is so much easier to do business their. The only problem is now I have to tell all the people I discouraged from going there that now they HAVE to go their for their service. Great Job Guys. More
Albert is always there to answer any questions i may have. He knows the sale doesn't stop after you sign your papers. I would recomend him to any one I know who is looking for a car!!!! Last year, altho have. He knows the sale doesn't stop after you sign your papers. I would recomend him to any one I know who is looking for a car!!!! Last year, although I wasn't really in the market for a car, I ended up buying a brand new Mazda. I happened upon the lot one day, merely looking at the new cars, and was approached by Albert. He was polite, curtious, and very informative, without being pushy at all. He was so excited about the new Mazda 6 and asked if I was interested in a test drive. After answering all of my questions and helping with the negotiations, I drove off the lot that afternoon in my new car. Debbie Fournier, the service manager at IRA Mazda, is absolutely wonderful as well. She always treats me with the utmost respect and helps me everytime I am in need of service. More
Take my mazda 3 in for oil changes and for some other maintenance since I bought it there and it's close to where I work. They are very friendly in setting up the appointments and except for 1 occasio maintenance since I bought it there and it's close to where I work. They are very friendly in setting up the appointments and except for 1 occasion, they have been true to their word when it comes to time estimates. Brought it in a couple of times for an electrical issue that they couldn't recreate at first. After it happened a couple more times and malfunctioned entirely, I brought it in. They set me up with a rental which was pretty easy and simple. They fixed it in a day and I had my car back with no problems. You get coupons for service deals and they're good people to deal with so I don't mind bringing my car in there for service. I would recommend them for service. The prices are comparative, except for the mile interval service points (15,000, 30,000, etc). The alignments, parts, etc., are cheaper elsewhere (which they would be since this is a dealer) so I get that service done elsewhere, but that just comes down to price shopping. More
Brought my car to Ira for regular maintenance as well as warranty work. Regular maintenance performed in a timely fashion and the time estimates have held up (at other dealerships, I've been given 30 min warranty work. Regular maintenance performed in a timely fashion and the time estimates have held up (at other dealerships, I've been given 30 minute time estimates but would turn out 1hr or 1.5hrs). Warranty work was performed without hassle. Everything that I have asked them to check out that I thought wasn't right was actually checked out to my satisfaction. One time I was not convinced and they had a tech come out on a drive with me and explain what was happening. Pricing is OK: good on regular oil changes (something like $25-30 with a coupon), but I didn't like the price quote on mounting and balancing tires ($50 a pop because of the TPMS system). Parts department once gave me a cabin air filter that was the regular air filter, instead of the aldehyde filter that I asked for. I asked them to double-check and the parts guy assured me that this was the aldehyde filter, even though it was half the price. Sure enough, he turned out to be wrong when I checked the filter at home. So overall: happy! More
