We returned to Northampton Volkswagen to lease another. Amber was glad to see us but understanding of the circumstances. She had us in a new car just the same as previous driving of the lot, taking it home in less than a week. The employees are so friendly and helpful. I will forever love Volkswagen for keeping my husband safe and Northampton Volkswagen for taking care of us time and time again More

Amazing Sales & Manager & overall excellent experience! Jason was a great salesperson to work with along with the manager on that day. The only complaints come after..we found a few dents in the hood..which they offered to take care of..the rental was over an hour later then they said & we had to return the rental with full tank but the gas used in my car was not returned.. just seemed unfair..could also see the marks in the dirt on the hood where they pulled the dents out... overall good experience (especially the "before") just wished it was a little easier since it's a special thing for us to have a brand new car for the first time!! Overall .. all the employees made what could've been a stressful day buying a brand new car for the first time, I really great experience! We will be definitely be going back and recommending to others! More
