While I was at the dealership making the purchase, they even replaced the wipers on my VW Golf under warranty quickly. Just a great all-around experience. there is VW life after diesel I loved my Golf TDI, and the only other VW I could imagine owning was the Golf R. To say the Golf R is hard to find and harder to buy is an understat I loved my Golf TDI, and the only other VW I could imagine owning was the Golf R. To say the Golf R is hard to find and harder to buy is an understatement. But sales rep. Omar Ali worked with me over the course of weeks and found one . There are horror stories on the web about other dealers pitting customers against each other in bidding wars for these cars. That was not my experience at Northampton VW. Omar was extremely helpful and a straight shooter through the whole process. And the Golf R is a dream. More

Chris, the finance guy, helped me with lowering my monthly payments and interest rate. He helped me find the best package that was right for me. When my car was ready to go, Melanie gave me a very thorough walk through of all the features on the vehicle. She also set up my Bluetooth from my phone to the vehicle. Finally, I got to meet Carla Cosenzi, she was really sweet. I will definitely be doing future business with this dealership, and will be referring my friends and family.
