Resolving issues I was billed by VW Credit for over mileage on my 2014 Jetta. However, Northampton VW had taken the car in trade. I no longer owned it. There are horror stories on the web about other dealers pitting customers against each other in bidding wars for these cars. That was not my experience at Northampton VW. Omar was extremely helpful and a straight shooter through the whole process. And the Golf R is a dream. More

When my car was ready to go, Melanie gave me a very thorough walk through of all the features on the vehicle. She also set up my Bluetooth from my phone to the vehicle.
