We do not ordinarily enjoy shopping for a new car, but we had an extremely positive experience working with Mark Flynn at Northampton Volkswagen. He is a very knowledgeable salesman who spent a lot of time with us in order to find the car that fit our needs and was able to answer all of the questions that we had until we felt that we had made exactly the right choice. This dealership is further away than a couple of other Volkswagen dealerships that we visited, but it was by far the best experience for us and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a new car. Everything was very well organized and presented in a very clear and understandable way and we were able to complete our purchase much more quickly than we expected. More

Mark is good to work with. He is very informative and did not make us feel rushed or that he had better things to do. We looked at a number of cars at different dealerships and out of the five; Mark was did not make us feel rushed or that he had better things to do. If you are looking for a new vw this is the place to go. It is no haggling honest dealership. The prices are the best around and the service is good. We have dealt with many local dealerships in the past and our experience with Mark Flynn and Northampton VW far exceeded any of them. Whelp, I went in looking to by a car a rarin' for a fight to get my money's worth. I went in with a scowl, but dag burn it, I ran right into Rob and the first thing he did was give me a towel to wipe the sco to get my money's worth. The son-of-a-gun was so friendly, I couldn't help but to smile. After that he was a straight shooter about all the cars. He showed me whatever I asked about, told me which cars I could squeeze a saddle in the back of, even let me know, straight from the hip, what I should be concerned about for each of the used cars I looked at, mechanically speaking. I'ma gonna go back there as soon as I get the scratch together, and you can bet who I'm gonna ask to see. Also, get him to tell you a joke. I ain't cried so hard since Ole Bessie stepped on all five fingers of my left hand. Sheesh! More
