Great experience! I recently had a terrible experience at another dealership, so I was wary walking into any car buying situation. Dot was my salesperson and she was in I recently had a terrible experience at another dealership, so I was wary walking into any car buying situation. Dot was my salesperson and she was instantly warm and likable. She made things incredibly easy for me as a buyer. When I was setting up insurance for the new vehicle, the insurance company mistakenly left off the last number of the VIN on the paperwork. Dot not only caught this, but called them herself to straighten it out, I didn't even know about it until after the fact! Jake, the general manager, is helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me a fair price for my trade in and was very easy to work with. Shortly after I purchased the car, I had to come back to have something done to it (it was my fault, nothing wrong with the car) which Jake very kindly assisted with. Dot wasn't in that day, but I met Humberto who went out of his way to help me. I was so impressed, he didn't have to help me as much as he did and it meant a lot. I would recommend this place to anyone! More
