I know where I will be going for my next vehicle!!! Yesterday for me started out the same as it has been for the last few months of actively looking for my next vehicle. I had a great understanding of exactly what I wanted and what I could afford. I actually thought my problem would be finding this particular car I wanted and/or getting it within my budget. Low and behold... my car was available at thousand local places... but the service was SO bad that I found myself making excuses to have to leave just to end it and try somewhere else. I was absolutely floored by how many places were delivering such horrible, smothering customer service. I actually reached a point where I did not want to just venture out looking in person anymore and felt more freedom and relaxed searching from home on the internet. Just when I was about to give up I happened to stumble across a great site (www.cargurus.com) where I was ecstatic to see the car that I wanted was being listed at a bunch of dealers local to me, but at the same time I was dreding having to deal with the shadowing salesmen who make me pretend I dont see them, or that Im not even really looking to buy anything..just looking at cars for fun. Regardless I still went, and while journeying from one dealership to the next I found myself once again walking (ok.. driving) away from each place in the same car I arrived in. The reason I am so compelled to actually take the time today to come on here and complete this dealer rating is simply because the final experience I had with this particular dealership (Northeast Car Connection) was nothing short of perfect, excellent and amazing for me. Primarily the customer service I received from the sales associate "Aaron Torres", who unlike all the other salesmen at all the other dealerships that I had been to over the past few months, was a godsend to me. He did NOT swoop down on me like a hawk when not even out of my own vehicle like most had done to me. In fact... a ton of places (and when I say a ton...I mean A TON!) where all the same. I got there, I stepped out of my car and before I could shut my door I was already in their grip being pitched their scripted sales greeting... yada yada yada. I actually had found myself pretending to be on my cell phone when arriving at places in hopes that they would leave me alone while talking on the phone, which would allow me a little time of my own to walk around first and NOT be shadowed the entire time, which makes me extremely uncomfortable and unfocused . Aaron and his team that make up this particular dealership have to seriously be the ONLY ones out of the countless places I had been to, that gave me breathing room, allowed me to browse solo, and didn't perch themselves at the entrance like a gargoyle waiting for the second I made eye contact to "make that sale". Aarons demeanor was instantly friendly, professional and without a doubt more focused on making ME happy and proud of my selection. He helped me in places where no one else would, aspects that to me felt were impossible and possibly just a waste of everyone's time. He worked with ME and that's what us customers really want. More importantly he let me breath!!! He didn't smother me to the point that I wanted to leave just to end the uncomfortableness like I was getting everywhere else. My experience was THAT good that I, someone who almost neverrrrrr does these things, felt it was the "leas that I could do as a thank you for such amazing professionalism, customer service and an experience that will be marked in my book as having infinite stars for its ratting :) I sincerely thank Northeast Car Connection, and the great team that makes up this dealership... but most importantly I thank Aaron Torres for making this experience all but perfect for me. I truly do feel like I didn't just leave their lot with a new car, but that I also left there having made a new friend that day Because my experience was THAT good and the customer service Aaron delivered to me was THAT great... I will certainly be recommending ONLY this dealership to people. Not only people that are looking for the perfect car, but also the customer service to match it.
