Dealership lied about a vehicle being sold after a dealer trade was requested. Vehicle was confirmed available via text with Heather 5 minutes before dealership requested trade. Northgate is the type of dealership that gives car salespersons the bad rep that usually follows them. Very shady and dishonest. More

Total Scam. Advertised 44k miles, actual trip log showed 83k miles! Drove 10 hours one way from Iowa for a "low-mileage" 2005 Chevy Duramax. Signed paperwork, then caught that Trip B read 83,000 miles and engine hours were at 5,300. The odometer was completely wrong or tampered with. Backed out of the deal. Had to pay $950 for an emergency Enterprise rental car to get home. Refunded the truck but refused to pay for the rental car unless I came back and bought the shady truck anyway. Unscrupulous dealership. Check the trip computers and engine hours before you sign anything here! More
