They care about their customers and it shows in their work ethic! More

Beware Sold me a car, shortly after it needed a transmission rebuild (with 30k on it?!!). Warranty covered that, but i was still nervous about the long term Sold me a car, shortly after it needed a transmission rebuild (with 30k on it?!!). Warranty covered that, but i was still nervous about the long term with the car i'd just bought from them. They offered to trade me out of it, only offered me new vehicles that were much more expensive with far fewer options. When i kept pointing out the discrepancies between what i bought and what they were trying to replace it with, they would dance around the questions. Even though trading me out of the car was their idea, once they realized I wasn't going to be manipulating in to spending more money, they stopped responding. The salesman Paul was an OK guy, but he's dragged down by his management, Kurt Humme and Cheryll Miller (no one is fooled by that other last name Cheryll). The internet person wasn't involved much, but they were a bit rude and did somethings without my consent. More
