One of my challenges in this process was tire traction as a result of less overall weight in the van with all of the seats removed. I made a service appointment with Northgate Ford and worked with Josh Houston who is a Service Advisor. He was awesome to work with in resolving the tire issue and was totally committed to making sure the solution we went with was the safest and best solution for my van before I drove away. Josh’s level of expertise gave me a high level of confidence and certainly customer satisfaction that the service department cares about what they are doing. Since my service visit I have taken the van on a road trip and am pleased that it handled beautifully and Josh's solution proved to be exactly what was needed. THANKS again Josh! We received a very fair price on our trade in as well. David did a great job outlining dealer discounts, incentives, and rebates and we never felt pressured to buy - we reviewed everything at our own pace and he worked with us every step of the way. It was totally worth the 45 minute drive to save thousands and not compromise on our truck of choice. Originally came in to have a vehicle serviced, but since the cost of service was too much due to the year of the vehicle and what exactly needed to be done (whole new front suspension) we left with a new car. While there we were interested in another possible transaction. It took a couple days but these fantastic people helped and made it happen for us.
