So we've been scouting out vehicles, both used and new, in the smaller SUV size. Arriving at the dealership we met Andre at the door and he listened to our needs and let us look at a number of vehicles. Weighing our options, we decided to purchase a new Ford Escape SE. We did trade in our larger SUV and got a reasonable trade-in amount that made the overall deal very acceptable. We had financing already lined up and that further aided the discussion. Very positive experience dealing with Northgate Ford. First experience with Northgate Ford was last Fall when my broth-in-law came in from Denver with just a few drops of oil in the differential of his Ex First experience with Northgate Ford was last Fall when my broth-in-law came in from Denver with just a few drops of oil in the differential of his Expedition after having it serviced at his local dealership. Brad Jenkins at the service desk couldn't have been more helpful. He called the Denver dealership to verify that the oil had not been replaced when serviced and then worked out the replacement of the parts required to make the vehicle right. This is when I first visited with Ed Welsh on the showroom floor to look at new Expeditions while we were there. When my Suburban got totaled in a forward sideswipe hit-and-run on April 6, I contacted Ed about getting prices on a new Expedition EL. I have now purchased an Expedition EL and am quite pleased with the way I was treated by everyone at the dealership including finance manager Ashley Grohoske. Ed even had my 5 year old grandson help put the license plates on the new Expedition. He was just thrilled. More

Within 3 months the car began having issues, with a coolant hose that i was able to fix myself and the car begain shifting funny. I thought the shifting thing was in my head until i started getting worse and a noise began. I took it to their service department,they found some major issues in the tansmission requiring it to be removed and worked on for a week. When I raised these concerns with the sales manager, I requested they provide me an extended warranty on the car and back up the product they're selling. He refused. I'll never buy a vehicle from this dealer again. More

I came back and talk to Paul Knighten who let me test drive the SUV. He had some paper work ready, like the car fax, sticker, something from there website. I asked to see how much it would be for me since I have bad credit. He ran some numbers and banks and found a good loan. They tried my bank first but the were closed and told me they will try them the next day. The payments seem good so I said I would take it. Only down side, I was there for 4 hours. Ashley handle my paper work, there were some mix up with me and my father since we have the same name. Anywho, Ashley text me the next day and told me my bank had a better rate for me, so I jumped on that. Paying less is always good. More
