I was looking for a Transit Van to start my "bucket list" traveling adventures. He listened to my "wish list", made a few suggestions then smiled and said I'll get it done. And then he did exactly that down to the last detail! In this day and age with so many ways to buy a car the one thing that absolutely kept me at Northgate Ford was my experience with David. When you are getting ready to make such a big commitment in buying a car you want to be able to trust the information you are given and know that you have in fact established a long term relationship after the purchase. David provided that car buying experience for me. He is the epitome of customer service and his knowledge of his "product" is outstanding.
