First new car ever! I left my house that morning determined to come home with a Ford Escape. I did not. When I got out of my car Vicki was there to greet me with a friendly smile and welcomed me into the showroom. Since I am a no nonsense/tell it like it is kind of person, I shared with Vicki my situation and what I could and couldn't do. I'm not wealthy, my trade in wasn't the greatest, and my monthly payment had to be a certain amount and not one penny over. Vicki worked diligently to not only find me a vehicle that met my criteria, she found me a brand NEW vehicle! I've never purchased a new vehicle before only used. I never thought I was ever in a position to actually afford a NEW vehicle but Vicki found a way to make it work. She was honest, determined, understanding, and never tried to pressure me into changing my expectations or terms. This is my 2nd purchase from the Ford dealership in Colerain. Because he is honest, upfront, caring and understanding of a persons concerns and needs. I have just purchased my 3rd vehicle from Andre. As always, he was upfront with me as I with him. Andre as well as the team at Northgate Ford will do everything it takes to give you the best experience possible when it it time to purchase a new/used vehicle. Honesty is everything to me. From the beginning when I purchased my first vehicle from Andre, he told me to give it 24 months with my used car. My credit was not the best at the time. I did as he asked and within 24 months I was able to purchase my very first NEW vehicle. He and his team will work with you.NO pressure which is extremely important to me. They will do everything possible to make payments affordable to your budget and if it is not possible they will tell you. One other issue I have always had with car dealers is that you tell them what the highest payment is that you can make per month. They agree, and then at the signing, you see about a hundred dollar additional cost added. NOT here. I have at least 5-6 family members and friends who have and are purchasing from Andre Singleton at Northgate Ford and if you are in the Market???? I suggest you call him. We informed him of what we had for down payment, where our monthly payment needed to be and for what period of time we were willing to finance. After looking the vehicle over and deciding it was what my husband wanted, negotiated a price within minutes and most everything was taken care of over the phone with the exception of me just coming in to sign paperwork. Ashley was kind and quick with guiding us through the signing process and was helpful in trying to budget warranty information. We were straight forward with what we could do and Andre and Ben returned that same honesty. After driving the vehicle home, we noticed there was and issues with the brakes. They sent a tow truck to our hime(45 min away) to pick up the Jeep and repairs were completed within less than 24 hours and free of any charge. We very much appreciate your honesty and no haggle pricing and love our Jeep! Thank you! More

Cheryll Hendrickson made over 20 calls to different banks to make sure we got to walk out with our vehicle. Our dealer was Andre Singleton, and he also went above and beyond. He checked back with us frequently keeping us in the loop, he was understanding about us having to bring my 9 month old son in, and was extremely polite and honest. Andre did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone. We also dealt with Janet Kinder at the end of our visit to pay our down payment and deal with warranties. She explained everything very thoroughly and worked with us on prices. The next time we buy a new vehicle we will most certainly come back!! More
