Not your average car salesman When I came to north gate ford I had a certain car in mind that I was dead set on buying, and quickly found out it had been sold the day before. I ended up test driving a different one that was priced a bit higher than what I wanted to spend. Andre was very personable with my car buying experience. There was no pressure in to buying and he seemed as though he was on my team during the whole process. I didn't need to worry about the haggling back and forth because it took him one time to get the numbers where I wanted them to be. Him and Ben worked some numbers and brought this car down to my price range and was willing to work with me. Ben was very polite and a pleasure to work with as well. They both knew what it was going to take to get me to buy a car and they went above and beyond to make it happen! There were a few things that I have requested be done to the car before I pick it up, and he was very understanding to my wants and needs. No questions were asked, he told me it would be done and ready to go upon pick up. I have specifically requested for the car to be detailed inside and out, because who wants to buy a brand new car and it look dirty? Andre assured me that the car would be as clean as could be and the tank filled with gas. I would recommend Andre to anybody looking to buy a new car! Ashley was a pleasure to work with during the financial part of it. Very helpful with explaining the warranties and any other questions I had. This was my first time not only buying a brand new car, but buying one from a dealer and I can honestly say, this will not be the last time as long as I get to work with the same team again! More

Just we just purchased a 2017 exploder from my main man ,Andre Singleton, it was such a delight I called him on phone told him what I looking for call me back said he had what I was looking for came in the next day no fuse no issues and certainly no hustling. What a treat to talk to and laugh with wow what an awesome person. also when it came to signing the paper works , I worked alongside the beautiful Mrs. Ashley Grohoske which made getting the car from Northgate ford all the more enjoyable. I have never received such horrible service in my life I took my car to their service department for a simple repair. They kept it almost 4 weeks, only called once during the entire time, They kept promisi I took my car to their service department for a simple repair. They kept it almost 4 weeks, only called once during the entire time, They kept promising to return calls and didn't; they kept guaranteeing it would be done by a certain date and then that date would come and go, it wouldn't be ready and they would even bother to call and explain why. The best part, the reason it stayed there for that long is because the hit my car while it was parked on their lot and caused over $1,600.00 in damage to it. They repaired part of it, returned it with a broken tail lamp, and when I finally get to pick it up, I get there and the damage it was originally brought it there for, wasn't repaired. They refuse to repair the original damage or cover any part of it, even though I was told it was under warranty. They ignored my request to repair the light they broke and Rob Schoenhoft has not returned my call to discuss the issue. I currently have a complaint open with the Better Business Bureau and thus far, their response to the complaint is that they "don't see why they would be liable to repair it" and that they acknowledge a "lack of quality communication" on their part. To little, to late, guys. Service like this is why car dealerships have a bad reputation. I had heard that Northgate Ford was different, clearly that is not correct. More
