Appreciated the Straight Talk!! Visited several Chevy and Ford dealers in the area who advertised discounts off of MSRP, but when I visited, the amount was either reduced or withdraw Visited several Chevy and Ford dealers in the area who advertised discounts off of MSRP, but when I visited, the amount was either reduced or withdrawn entirely. One Dealer, Kerry Ford in Tri-County, even e-mailed me that their discount was good on "any" 2016 Ford 150, but when I visited them they insisted that I mis-understood, even after I produced a copy of that e-mail depicting the amount on their "Letter-Head". Thus, I finally visited Northgate on the recommendation of a friend who purchased a truck there, where I met Jason Robb with whom I negotiated a very fair deal, so I purchased an F150 Super Crew XLT. I am completely satisfied with my experience there and would heartily recommend Jason Robb and Northgate Ford to any and all. Also, I would recommend any purchaser to by-pass Kerry and Middletown Ford. I believe these two dealers should be investigated by the Ohio AG Office, Consumer Protection Division. More

The whole process was so quick and easy - we took a test drive and made a purchase and we were only there for 2 hours. Ashley also took great care of us. She was so personable and made sure we asked all the questions we wanted to ask. She was very knowledgeable and helpful, and she went through the process quickly while at the same time making us feel comfortable about everything.
