Customers should matter I purchased a 2015 F-150 in August of 2015. By November there was a odor in the truck that was overwhelming...I took the truck back to dealership .. I purchased a 2015 F-150 in August of 2015. By November there was a odor in the truck that was overwhelming...I took the truck back to dealership .. 2 going on 3 weeks later was told truck was ready to be picked up. The odor was still in truck....this went on for 6.5 months, a/c compressor not working to pin hole in seal of truck. The salesman Paul Knighten was the only one that took time and patience with this circumstance and helped me get in another truck, he was more customer caring than any of the management team, this was my first purchase with Northgate I previously purchace my vehicles here in Ky, cant say that I would return to Northgate to purchase again.... I went into the dealership pre approved with a rate of 2.8 with a credit union. So they asked me who it was so I told them . They said great we deal with them also . What I didn't like was they ran my credit again with the same company with a rate of 3.5 pretty crappy I think it was so they could get there kick back. I didn't realize it till I got home so it was too late. So pay close attention before signing. More
