Our second purchase of a F-150 had a few bumps but due to the willingness to make things right, Northgate has earned our business for life. Jason Robb went over an above to make sure we were happy customers. I know the mistake was a hit to the dealership but it's people like Jason that make people like us loyal customers. The way it should be The day prior to coming to Northgate Ford I had a bad experience at another Ford dealer in the area where they used every underhanded negotiating tact The day prior to coming to Northgate Ford I had a bad experience at another Ford dealer in the area where they used every underhanded negotiating tactic in the book, including false advertising, so needless to say I was a bit disillusioned with the whole car buying process. Northgate Ford, however, was a breath of fresh air. Their ads were honest and up front about how they reach a certain price, and, at least for the car I bought, the price was fantastic. No bait and switch, no fine print, no excuses why they couldn't give me that price. I worked with Andre to find the right combination of incentives and financing in a way that felt more like we were working together to find the right deal, rather than fighting to not get swindled. Andre really is a testament to the profession and a genuinely good human being to boot. This isn't some fluff review, it's just a legitimately happy customer. More
