Overall good experience I had been searching with the intent on purchasing 1 of 2 potential cars. I had already had my financing established and preapproved before going. Northgate Ford happened to have both of the cars I was looking for, a Subaru WRX STI and a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X GSR. I was the most pleased with their Evo X and with the outstanding assistance and customer service of Paul Knighten, we wrote up a buyers agreement. This is where things became slightly swayed. My trade-in value was significantly low as compared to NADA values as well as a CarMax appraisal but that was a manageable inconvenience due to the exceptional value of the Evo. Next the Sales manager we dealt with was very hard to deal with and made me jump through a number of hoops prior to actually completing the transaction. Nothing else needs to be said because I do have a new car and it was exactly what I was looking for. More

He was told car needed front ball joints and tie rod ends. He played for this over 1000 dollars he went on his trip to mayo clinic in Minnesota. When he returned he had a shake in the front end .we thought it was the brakes so I jacked it up tool the tire off to change the brake only to find that the brakes were fine. But the upper ball joint on the passenger side was not only wire out but also the original ball joint .after talking with the manager of the service department they agreed that the work had not been done . they then replaced the original parts ..watch out for these scam artist thieves they put a handicapped man in danger.to steel 1000. Dollars I do not know the name of the manager I dealt with only that he was a manager in the lincoln area More

They go above and beyond to get me the most info, best price, and just treat customers like family! This experience was a little different though. It had nothing to do with my sales person or Internet, it was all the other factors at the dealership. When I walked in there was no receptionist. I walked around got passed by several people and was never greeted. I left after 40 minutes of being ignored. I tried to call in the Internet dept and I got connected to 6 people before finally talking to her. She was very apologetic after hearing about my visit! She along with Angelina were the reason I made it into the store. They both asked that I come back, that a manager would take care of me and even compensate my gas for the trouble. So I did. Kurt was very nice but again I was not greeted at first. It's very upsetting to go somewhere where you're going go spend lots of money and not get greeted when you walk in, to not see the Internet dept who went above and beyond to help, and to have to go through so many obstacles to get ahold of someone on the phone. Where's the customer service anymore? Does management want to fail? You're confusing and upsetting your repeat customers. Change isn't necessary especially when you had a good thing going for you. Ive given you my business because you're not like everyone else. You cared about the customers. Now it's all about saving your pennies. Everyone should take an example from the Internet dept and from Kurt! They made lasting impressions on me and my family, but I'm not sure it'll be enough next time. More
