He knows his cars and he definitely knows people.He worked with me and we came to a price and buying experience that more then met my expectations. When you mention automobiles, he is my go to salesman. I highly recommend the dealership and Andre as the salesman. I recently purchase a used Hyundia Elentra Limited from Andrea. I did a lot of research and found many Hyundias for sale, but when I saw that Northgate Ford had one for sale I knew they were going to get my business. BAD EXPERIENCE let me tell you about this jerk here, i went to purchase a car at this dealer, and when i was waiting to sign my papers this guy backed into my car, let me tell you about this jerk here, i went to purchase a car at this dealer, and when i was waiting to sign my papers this guy backed into my car, and the worst part was that i didn't even get an apology, instead he was acting like it was my fault saying i shouldn't had parked there, really? why would treat a customer that just purchased a car the way this individual did, he is very unprofessional, and i almost backed out of the deal. but thanks to the great service i got from Paul Knighten i didnt, if you ever go to this place and see this guy avoid him like a plague hes awful.
