I requested information on the vehicle's availability from Angela Rentschler, who promptly contacted me by email, text message and phone call. She was very accommodating, and kept up to date on the Pontiac's status. Upon my arrival at the dealership, I was greeted by Andre Singleton. He kept things very simple as he walked me through all the processes, and was very friendly. The lady responsible for going over warranty and paperwork, Janet Kinder, was prompt and also quite amicable. I enjoyed the banter between the two, with a few laughs here and there helping to make the wait pleasant. All in all this was a smooth experience and I would definitely recommend these three. The Pontiac, by the way, looks even better in person than what I saw on the photos, which is great. More
