Excellent service and friendly When a deal I was working on fell through with a local dealer, I contacted Northgate on a whim about a 2014 Mustang GT they had just posted online. I When a deal I was working on fell through with a local dealer, I contacted Northgate on a whim about a 2014 Mustang GT they had just posted online. I spoke with Paul on the phone, got some basic info, and told him I was headed out to take a look. Within the hour I arrived, and Paul had cleaned, gassed, and pulled the car around front for me. After inspecting the vehicle and taking it for a test drive, he answered any questions I had and asked what I thought. As I was very interested, he promptly showed me relevant information straight away, including carFAX and answered any questions I had. The entire process was very smooth, and after approved I went on to speak with Janet in finance. She was very helpful and friendly. I ended up walking away with a beautiful car that is like new, at well below sticker, which probably wouldn't have happened without such a friendly and helpful staff. I also spoke with Andre Singleton a bit while waiting for my loan to process, and he was very polite and congratulated me on my purchase. Will definitely look to them in the future. More

Northgate Ford came highly recommended to me by my sister, and she told me I should ask for Andre Singleton specifically. I'm incredibly pleased I took her advice. Firstly, Andre is a straight shooter, incredibly gracious, and puts integrity first in his sales. "There's a right way to do business with somebody, and a wrong way. I've been doing it the right way for over 30 years, and I aim to keep it that way." He'll do anything he can to help you get as good a deal as he can, and doesn't try to push you to the top of your budget. He wants to help you get the right car for the right price. He was incredibly helpful, respectful, and he deals with you as a human being (which can be rare in a salesman). Again, I can't stress enough, Andre is there to help you out, and he seems to take great pride in doing so. I couldn't recommend someone to work with toward a car purchase before him. Ashley is also very personable. She took the extra time and found that she could actually get me a better interest rate than we'd anticipated. She also very patiently explained every option I had available, and took her time to cover every last detail to the point that I didn't have any questions at all about the options before me. Kurt, now a manager, had helped him, his family, and others to find the right car for each of them in the past. Kurt was very nice and came out to greet us. We met with ED on that same very cold evening and the cars were covered with snow and ice. Ed was very personable and friendly, as well as great about getting the cars ready for me to test drive. I found one I liked that night but wanted to think it over. When returning the next day, the experience with Ed was very pleasant, fast, and relaxed. He even had found my gloves that I left in one of the cars I test drove. Before going to Northgate Ford, I had considered going online to pay for a negotiator to help me. My past experiences at dealerships had been stressful and I honestly did not even like going to look at cars. Ed, Kurt, and Ashley were all very friendly. Ashley was great with explaining the financing and options available. She was very positive and upbeat, which was nice. No pressuring. I was happy to be able to purchase an extended warranty for my car which was important to me. Thank you all for your help! More
