Excellent customer service I drove to Louisville, Indianapolis and Columbus for several weeks looking at used cars and ended up buying a new car here 10 minutes from home. A friend told me they bought a car here and were very happy with it so I contacted Northgate Ford. Starting with Angela, then Tom and Cheryll, they all went the extra mile to work with me/help me out and ultimately finalize a deal for a new Focus that was only slightly higher than the used cars I had looked at elsewhere. They even traded with an out of town dealer, to get the color I wanted (new for 2015 Tectonic Silver). Though this is my first new car purchase, I have had two previous Fords serviced here and always had good results with the Service Department. I am totally satisfied with my car buying experience here and I received no pressure/compensation to write this review. Also wanted to thank Mr. Reichert for running a first class operation. More

He was friendly, courtious, efficient and most of all patient with my questions. Unlike my previous experience in 2003 at another dealership Paul made me feel I could take all the time I needed to make decisions. Ashley Grohoske was also very friendly, equally efficient and quite "cool". Overall my experience at Northgate Ford was relaxing and enjoyable. All Dealerships Could Learn From Northgate Ford New Years Eve afternoon, I got off of work early and went to Northgate Ford to test drive a car I had inquired upon the day before. They were crowded New Years Eve afternoon, I got off of work early and went to Northgate Ford to test drive a car I had inquired upon the day before. They were crowded, and owing to my experiences at other dealerships, I guessed not in a friendly mood on the eve of a holiday. The lobby receptionist was more than pleasant to me, and told me she'd find someone as soon as she could. The sales manager (or perhaps the owner), I presume, stopped over to tell me that if someone didn't come over soon, he'd take care of me himself. It was there that Paul Knighten greeted me. Already with a customer, he told me he'd be with me as soon as he could. In no time flat, he was balancing between the two of us, and had brought around the car for which I had inquired and allowed me to inspect it, inside and out. He joined me for a test drive, and spent time discussing every tangible feature on the car, and their dealership. He did things other salesmen hadn't; he listened, didn't pressure, understood, and reassured. I, with so many insane variables for a deal to happen, didn't shake him. He offered simply solace that he would do all he could, and it wasn't lip service. He delivered on his promise and A LOT MORE. I won't go into all the details in this forum, but I want Paul and everyone reading to know how extremely satisfied and thankful I am for this experience. I love the car, Paul and the team made me feel at home and comfortable, and I feel deeply graced by everything they did to make this deal happen. He once said to me that this shouldn't feel like a business deal; it's about dealing with people, and being a friend to them. He was all that and more. To Paul, Ashley and the entire team at Northgate Ford, my highest recommendation and endless thanks to you. We truly appreciate everything. More
