We were greeted by Andre Singleton . Andre was a sales person I could never say enough about he was very pleasant he was helpful he was sincere very friendly and was very professional. We told him what we are looking for and he brought 2012 ford fusion around that we wanted to look at and insisted on putting a little more gas in it as it was low on gas. When we returned Andre greeted us at the door. Negotiations with Andre it was very pleasant he made it very easy for us. After negotiating back-and-forth for little bit we both came to a common conclusion and an agreement that we both were happy with! Strange thing happened as I was beginning to write this review Andre called to see if there were things OK with the fusion. I would rate my experience with Andre and Fuller Ford a five star rating. John helped us with our financial information and we were out the door. Very friendly dealership. More

customer for life I'm going to try to make this short and to the point, but i have to much to brag about that it probably wont be. first off i want to say that we had b I'm going to try to make this short and to the point, but i have to much to brag about that it probably wont be. first off i want to say that we had been to multiple dealers looking for our new vehicle and this being the last stop on the list clearly shows i didn't do my homework like i'm hoping the people reading this are doing. dealership: Very clean and very organized. The parking lot had room to drive through it while also displaying A LOT of very nice vehicles. 10/10 Sales reps: Paul Knighten is the salesman that helped us, he was helpful from start to finish, very friendly and made him, my husband and I all feel like old friends and kept it casual but very sophisticated at the same time. He was dressed very well as was every other employee there at the time, and ill also mention that there were plenty of salesman, we were seen literally thirty seconds after walking through the door. 10/10 Vehicle: My husband and I went to look at a 2007 Ford Expedition. Mr. Knighten wasted no time going and bring the car around, he opened it all up for us and showed us outside were we got to look it up and down, see all the fun functions and how well it ran and drove. (me being from a very small town in kentucky, driving in the city can be nerve racking and it was right around rush hour) so Mr. Knighten politely offered to drive for me so that i could still get a feel for the vehicle, he took me on some back roads and then onto the highway. The car was outstanding, no picture that i had saw online did it justice. same goes for our new friend Paul. absolutely outstanding. The car was in such excellent condition i would swear to you that it was brand new! as clean as could be and there wasn't a thing that i could have knit picked. (thank goodness!! We were exhausted after our long day of crap cars we saw everywhere else). Financing: My husband and I had a nice down payment but still needed our car to be financed, the dealership was quick with finding us the right credit union to go through. And though i'm not sure how long exactly we were there, the time seemed to fly by with all the chitchat and banter we had between signing of papers. before we knew it I was driving our new (to us) car off the lot. Warranty: I myself didn't expect a warranty due to the car being not so new, but we got one! and a good one at that! There is something that i am STILL telling people about because i still cant believe that ford would be so generous as to do something like this so listen up! I am a stay at home mother and my husband works full time, so it obviously still crosses my mind about what we would do if something were to happen to him. He works in a very physically demanding job, and that can cause a bit of worry to mom.. well we were told to my surprise that if something was to happen to him and he was to go on short term or long term disability that our payments would be made for us! Oh my goodness, right? i had to have them tell me four times because i just couldn't believe it. Not that i would what anything to ever happen to him, but it is reassuring to know that that would be one less thing for our worried minds. So thank you so much for everything you have done and helped us with Northgate Ford and Paul Knighten. We are customers for life and honestly cannot wait to come back for my hubands choice of vehicle as well. -The Phillips Family More

We got a good deal for our trade in vehicle and good rebates. Never felt the ridiculous pressure we had in the past at other dealerships! The staff in general was respectful, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The financial officer was great! She offered and explained other services that will certainly protect our investment. It was the first time we purchased a car in a very short time, without wasting a full day waiting for a deal. The interest rate was great! I will definitely go back in a few more years to get an SUV. I have always been completed satisfied and this purchase has exceeded all of my expectations. The bottom line price we negotiated was outstanding. I wasn't sure if I wanted a truck or SUV when I first came into the dealership. I was not pressured into selecting any particular vehicle or options. I was, however, guided by my salesman, Andre, in the selection process. His in depth knowledge of Ford products and options was commendable. Andre was friendly, courteous, professional, and patient, as I made my decision. My ultimate decision relied on the information he provided. The sales manager, Cheryll, was extremely helpful throughout the purchase and in arriving at our final purchase price. She shares the credit for my final decision to buy today. The finance employee, Janet, was outstanding, as always. She was able to assist me with my financing and extended service plan.
