Don’t come to this branch for service. You must be familiar on the services needed, because if you’re not, they gonna drain your pocket. You must be familiar on the services needed, because if you’re not, they gonna drain your pocket. More

Mr. Javier G. sales person very professional, experienced and helpful. I highly recommend him. Unprofessional sales person Mirna A. was on the paperwork when the sale was completed with Mr Javier she did not do any work besides take a call and lie etc. Mr. Javier assisted and was present from the start and end of the sale. Also the loan approvers need to treat people with respect professionalism and this was voiced the manager Alex. More

The dealer replaced 2 tires before sale so I'm sure they saw it was either about to fall off, or was hanging by a thread. I send them pictures of the damaged cover after replacing it along with the receipt of $620.48. After being told the info was being forwarded to the "manager", it's been crickets since then. Stay away! More
Horrible experience may I say, they are very deceiving, we got a car just 3 weeks and we had agreed upon a price for a toyota camry that had the sticker price of $31,800 well upon getting the our contract we got a car just 3 weeks and we had agreed upon a price for a toyota camry that had the sticker price of $31,800 well upon getting the our contract that we actually were told we couldn't get at the moment of signing because they still had to log everything in we come to find out the loan on the car itself is for $49,000 plus besides the 13,500 we left as a down payment on a credit score of 688 we had also agreed on a higher monthly payment but because we wanted to pay it off quickly which we opted for 3 years which is why it seemed reasonable to make monthly payments of $820 something and now the contract is for $866 for 6 years, its is insane and it is very outrageous that at the end of the loan we will end up paying double the amount of what the car of the price is, I sent them a message asking for this to get fixed which I was told to drive back there (mind you I like almost 4 hours away) just to end up hearing all they can do was remove the 11 thousand dollars they added without our knowledge or even without asking us if we wanted any of it but where in the world did we agree on any of the extras that the car already had and that we weren't told they weren't part of the car already when they also lied and told us they didnt have the corolla which is what we were originally going for just to up sell us another car which we ended up agreeing to cause it would only be 3,500 difference but which is why it would be 31,800 but the extras that the car already alone were almost 6 grand plus they still charged me for delivery when I picked up the car? They are the worst and they refuse to fix what we had agreed on thats besides the fact that they made my brother sign the contract in English which he doesn't speak the language which is why he didnt realize the 27 thousand dollars in a bunch of extra add ons they ended up writing on there when we had agreed on a different figures for everything when we spoke since my brother doesnt speak English which is why I did the negotiations with them but no once he was there to sign and I couldn't be there to read the contract they shoved it to him in English. They are crap More
I got my first new car in this place and it was the best experience being helped by some of the staff here. I recommend people to look for Hossein, the most wonderful man who can understand the feelings of experience being helped by some of the staff here. I recommend people to look for Hossein, the most wonderful man who can understand the feelings of a buyer especially for a first time buyer like me. He can handle things way beyond expectations. I am very grateful for having met him. The manager whoever he is was so very understanding and helpful too. I thank them so much. They are a blessing. More
We purchased a Toyota car from Northridge Toyota two years ago (March, 2023). They offered four complimentary oil change and maintenance services to new car buyer. However, they kept calling me to sched years ago (March, 2023). They offered four complimentary oil change and maintenance services to new car buyer. However, they kept calling me to schedule a six-month car service appointment shortly after we brought the car home. We hadn’t actually driven the car that much, but they insisted that I bring it in. So, when the six-month mark came, I followed their advice and brought the car in for service. However, they just did tire rotation and didn’t change the oil, saying that the car had only about 2,000 miles and they only change the oil every 5,000 miles. Fast forward to 2024, I brought my car back when the mileage reached around 5000-6000 miles, they finally performed oil change and the tire rotation. At the end of last year, I brought my car back to this place because of Toyota’s safety recall. My car’s mileage was also at 9,658 miles, so I expected an oil change. However, they explained that, due to company policy, they can only do an oil change once the mileage exceeds more than 10,000 miles. Recently, my car’s mileage is getting close to 12,000 miles and it was time for the fourth maintenance at this dealership. I was told that because two years had passed, I would now have to pay for the service. It turned out that the so-called four free oil changes were only honored once. Looking back, it feels like the whole team was working in sync, like an orchestra, to mislead and trap customer! I previously owned another Japanese brand car, and that company also offered four complimentary oil changes for new car buyer. We bought our car in another state, but after bringing it here, the local dealer shop still honored the agreement without any issues. I don’t know whether it’s Toyota company or Northridge Toyota behind this game, but is it really worth risking your reputation just to save a small oil change fee? More

I confirmed the price of the car I wanted over the phone before driving 45 minutes to get to the dealership, and when I got there they told me the price was like $4,000 higher than I was originally quoted. I guess they added on extra features to the car at the dealership, but didn’t tell me before I made the trip. They refused to bring down the price. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere. More
Disappointing Experience at Northridge Toyota After a three-month search, I found a Gold Certified used Toyota Tacoma at Northridge Toyota. While the exterior was well-detailed and the dealership address three-month search, I found a Gold Certified used Toyota Tacoma at Northridge Toyota. While the exterior was well-detailed and the dealership addressed a scratch on the hood, the interior was neglected—grimy seats, filthy visors, and missing all-weather floor mats. We purchased the truck with the agreement that the interior would be cleaned and the mats provided. Upon returning the next day, after notifying them in advance, we waited 20 minutes only to find the interior untouched and no mats installed. They offered a set of Rough Country mats that didn't fit; upon checking with the manufacturer, I discovered they were designed for a Ford Ranger, not a Tacoma. The showroom environment was also unprofessional. Loud music played during the paperwork process. While our salesperson turned it down at our request, the General Sales Manager, Ali Cheikh, turned it back up and refused to lower it when asked. He even instructed the salesperson not to proceed with the sale until I apologized for expressing my frustration. The next day, a DJ was set up in the showroom, making the environment even more chaotic. During the test drive, we only drove on surface streets. On the freeway on the drive home, the new dealer installed Advanta ATX-850 tires produced a loud whining noise due to their aggressive tread pattern. These tires are among the cheapest options for the Tacoma and are manufactured in China. Additionally, the rear bumper was replaced by the dealer and improperly installed, with a four-inch gap on one side and a one-inch gap on the other. When I pointed this out, the salesperson merely shrugged. The only positive aspect was working with Sam Jones in the finance department. He was professional, informative, and handled the paperwork efficiently. While we're satisfied with the vehicle itself, the overall experience at Northridge Toyota was disappointing. I would caution others to be aware of potential issues with customer service and dealership professionalism. More
